The Pet Alert network has launched a new platform dedicated to user support and information: petalert.support.
This knowledge base centralises useful information about how Pet Alert platforms work. Its aim is to improve access to information, clarify usage and facilitate user support, while ensuring greater clarity across the network.
The petalert.support platform includes:
- explanatory articles on how the services work,
- user guides,
- answers to frequently asked questions,
- practical information related to alerts, accounts and features.
Requests related to the use of the platforms, general support or operational questions are now directed to this centralised knowledge base.
Situations involving the disappearance or discovery of an animal continue to be handled exclusively by the national Pet Alert platforms, which can be accessed from the Sites by country page.
The launch of petalert.support is part of a continuous improvement process aimed at enhancing the clarity, reliability and efficiency of the Pet Alert network.
