4. HOSTING

The Platform is hosted on infrastructure located mainly in Switzerland.
It may also rely on infrastructure located in the European Union and the United States, in particular for technical reasons, performance and service availability.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements comprising the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, interfaces and databases, are protected by intellectual property law.
Unless otherwise specified, these elements are the exclusive property of Uzino Sàrl.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The content published by Users remains the property of its authors, subject to the rights necessary for its distribution within the framework of Pet Alert services.

6. LIABILITY

Uzino Sàrl makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Platform is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
Uzino Sàrl cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the Platform.

The Platform may contain links to websites published by third parties.
Uzino Sàrl has no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content or practices.

8. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (EU)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ 

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal notices are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Leytron (Switzerland).
